Responsibilities
* Lead an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person‑centred outcomes for every person we support.
* Drive performance, set the pace and direction within services, promote a positive and passionate culture, and ensure services are appropriately resourced.

Qualifications
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England)).
* Experience working in a health or social care setting.
* Experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure safety and quality of life.
* Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role (training offered).
* Patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity to others, strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving, resilience.
