This role is key to ensuring all activities across R&D environments meet regulatory and internal EHS standards. Key responsibilities * Support Safe Systems of Work across R&D sites * Review RAMS, issue permits and communicate requirements * Conduct performance checks and stop unsafe work when required * Coordinate statutory inspections and follow-up actions * Support audits and workplace inspections * Assist with Declaration of Conformity documentation * Support completion and review of risk assessments * Participate in change control processes * Assist with incident reviews, root cause analysis and action Tracking * Support the UK EHS group mailbox * Prepare safety communications * Assist with generating and reviewing procedures * Contribute to EHS performance reporting and trend analysis Skills & experience * Knowledge of UK EHS regulations and best practices * Understanding of RAMS, incident investigation and auditing * Excellent organisational and documentation skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams * A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is essential * Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
