Marvel are partnered with a well-established and growing UK food manufacturer, known for delivering high-quality products to major retailers. They are now seeking a Marketing Assistant to support brand growth and category development during an exciting period of expansion.
Ways of working: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite in the South West, 2 days remote

The job…
As Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the wider marketing team in delivering effective brand plans and product launches across retail.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll assist with campaign execution, coordinate new product development processes, support packaging updates, manage agencies and suppliers, and help track campaign performance and market data. This is a hands‑on role with real breadth, offering fantastic development opportunities within a growing food business.
You’ll also be involved in competitor analysis, category insight reporting, internal communications and ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

You… what are we looking for?
* A marketing degree or previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident communicator, comfortable working cross‑functionally
* Experience supporting campaigns, product launches or packaging projects
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
* A genuine passion for food and consumer brands
