The successful candidate must be able to work responsibly, safely and in a timely manner. Duties will include working as part of a team on a refuse collection round collecting a mixture of different refuse types e.g. domestic, trade or recycling waste or glass collections, so flexibility is crucial. We are looking for operatives that have the ability to multi-task, prioritise own work load and deal with events on a reactive basis as necessary. Experience of working within the Waste and Recycling sector would be an advantage but not essential.
