The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with a passion for designing technical solutions and delivering first‑class 3rd‑line support.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders.
* Plan, implement and document technical solutions.
* Assist in the transition of solutions into live service.
* Provide 3rd‑line support services.
Skills & Experience
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar 3rd‑line role.
* Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
* Excellent knowledge of supporting enterprise network technologies including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products.
* Committed to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications.
* Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
