As a Level 2 /3 Fitness Instructor, you're confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved the REPs Level 2 minimum.
Excellent customer service and member engagement is a non negogtiable
The job role involves:
-Delivery of our unique Energize program
- Induction sessions
- Group classes
- Changing room checks
- Maintenance of gym equipment
- Gym cleaning
- Pool water testing/Pool Maintenance/Pool Plant
-Member bookings and customer journey
Outside of your shift, we encourage to perform 1-2-1 sessions, where all the income goes to you.
You must be adaptable and quick thinking on your feet as we are a small team and community health Club so you will be required to work on your own initiative in certain areas of the job.
The right candidate will be an asset to the small team and hard work is acknowledged.
