Improvement Multi-Trade Operative (Kitchens) x 5 Full Time (Perm) 39 hours per week Newcastle-under-Lyme Salary £37,210.52 We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative (Kitchen Fitter) to join our Planned Works Team. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for the full replacement of kitchens in occupied and void properties, ensuring a high standard of finish and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring a broad range of trade skills. Key Responsibilities: Complete kitchen replacements from start to finish Remove existing units and prepare the area for installation Carry out associated plumbing, plastering, joinery, and floor laying Install new kitchen units, worktops, and sinks Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with customers and team members Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in the building/ maintenance industry, specifically in kitchen fitting Competent in plumbing, plastering, joinery, and floor laying Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Companies out-of-hours call-out service Full UK driving licence (essential) At Aspire we build together by working together we create a one team approach so being a team player and valuing others is a priority.
