* Collaborate closely with internal client teams, consultants, and contractors to drive the project forward in accordance with programme milestones.
* Maintain control of project scope, risk, cost, and change, ensuring value for money is achieved throughout.
* Provide structured and clear reporting to client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.
* Maintain full project documentation and support governance processes, including audits and compliance reviews.
* Promote best practice and high standards in health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance.
Requirements
* Significant experience working as an Employer’s Agent, Client-Side Project Manager, or Contract Administrator on large-scale construction or logistics schemes.
* Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts and experience managing contractor performance through formal contract mechanisms.
* Proven ability to deliver complex developments involving infrastructure, logistics, or industrial uses.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
* A relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is desirable.
* Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or similar is preferred.
* Proactive and solutions-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-led environment.
