CK Group are recruiting for an Events Assistant to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis until the end of March 2026.
Role:
1. Organise internal and external events, from initial enquiry to completion and post-event management.
2. Liaise with venues and suppliers.
3. Provide excellent event experiences to clients' customers to encourage repeat and extended business.
4. Expand the company's commercial and educational event portfolio with clients' needs in mind.
5. Possess event coordination experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
6. Experience in raising POs and managing payments.
7. Work within small and large-scale budgets.
8. Experience using CRM systems for creating event campaigns (advantageous).

Location:
Hybrid working model, with 2 days per week onsite in Burgess Hill.
