Position
Contract Manager
Planned Maintenance, SHDF & FRA Projects
My client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to head up a number of new contracts and join the business during a period of growth.
You're responsible for the delivery of various planned maintenance, retrofit and FRA schemes carried out to housing, commercial property and listed/public buildings.
The Role
* Ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
* Maintain level of service and quality to the highest standard; manage cost control.
* Create CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
* Implement strong H&S across all projects.
* Lead a direct team including site management, supervisors, RLOs and subcontractors.
* Report directly to the Operations Manager to support contract success.
The Candidate
* Extensive building knowledge with experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.
* Experience managing multiple site teams, strategic project planning, and problem solving in complex situations.
* Strong knowledge of BSR and the Building Safety Act; proficient IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Able to create a strong working environment and build relationships with clients and team members.
* Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
