Role Overview As an Inclusion Support Officer, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome social, emotional, and behavioural challenges so they can thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and teaching colleagues, you'll provide targeted support to ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed.
