As a Network Support Coordinator, you will provide reactive support to partners across the UK and Ireland, including critical assistance when necessary. You will proactively manage onboarding of new partners, including system implementation with internal team support. The role involves identifying and reporting operational and commercial issues during training sessions aligned with TPN roll-outs and KPI management. Effective relationship management with partners is essential, so approachability is key.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where adaptability and quick thinking are required. Physical presence on-site may sometimes be necessary, and a forklift licence or CPC would be beneficial. Experience with Kaizen is a plus.
This role requires national travel.
What will you be doing?
* Providing physical assistance to partners and TPN to ensure a robust network service
* Submitting visit reports to your manager and CRM
* Implementing new systems, procedures, and training for partners
* Collaborating with internal departments for smooth installation and onboarding processes
* Ensuring potential new partners are suitable and processes are followed
* Sharing data to ensure comprehensive service provision
* Suggesting operational improvements
* Providing practical support for company issues
* Encouraging partner feedback to improve service quality
* Upholding the company's quality ethos
* Offering reactive and efficient support to partners
* Working with the network support manager for 'in the moment' decisions
* Managing operational spend within the postcode support budget
Qualifications
* Ability to coach and train
* Flexibility for short-notice support requests
* Effective prioritization skills
