A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Planner to join a respected property developer as part of a 24-month Graduate Development Programme. Graduate Planner – The Role: Support the identification and assessment of new development opportunities.

Help shape planning strategies for a wide range of projects.

Assist with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and environmental statements.

Monitor Local Plans, national policy, and guidance, providing input to influence planning outcomes.

Split your time between office work, site visits, and meetings with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.

Graduate Planner – What we’re looking for: A minimum 2:1 degree in a planning-related subject (RTPI accredited).

A genuine interest in property development and the built environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable: Master’s degree in planning (RTPI accredited).

Relevant work experience in local authority or consultancy.

Knowledge of planning processes and procedures.
