Manager: Julie Pellicier Location: ADM location accros EMEA As the Contractor Services Category Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving long-term procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals. Collaborating closely with Operations’ teams as your key business partners, you will lead the development and execution of innovative supply strategies, leveraging market intelligence, risk analysis, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities Category Management: Overseeing procurement and strategic management for Repair and Maintenance, defining preferred vendors able to support daily maintenance, shutdown and project works. Supplier Relations: Conducting supplier sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations while building strong supplier relationships through robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Strategic Procurement: Preparing and managing requests for quotes/proposals and negotiating regional agreements for Contractor Services across ADM. Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with logistics leaders, factory managers, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective solutions tailored to their operational needs. Process Optimization: Developing and implementing processes to enhance stakeholder engagement and promote data-driven decision-making. This role is integral to overseeing our partnerships with service providers across factories in Europe, ensuring seamless execution of category strategies while driving value for the organization. Master’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
