About Berrybrook House:
Berrybrook House is a warm and welcoming 4-bed care home providing high-quality support to adults aged 1865 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. The Role:
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Youll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
* Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and household tasks
* Support residents in social, recreational, and community activities
* Record and report accurately on residents wellbeing and progress
* Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the highest standards of support
