Full time preferred but alternatives considered. Welsh speaking preferred but not essential. Potential for training to become a paralegal or a solicitor.
Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial support to fee earners
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing and filing documents
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and taking messages and recording accurately as necessary
* Assist with the drafting of documents and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date
* Possibly opening and closing of files
Qualifications
* You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a law firm will be an advantage
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office and able to be trained on our case management system
* The ability to work to tight deadlines, with a proactive and flexible approach
* Proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about being part of a team and providing a high level of customer service
* Wage dependant on age and experience, a choice of offices to work from - Holyhead/Caernarfon/Pwllheli/Porthmadog with a friendly, supportive environment
