Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fire Safety Training Consultant. The consultant will deliver fire safety training sessions to clients on-site and occasionally virtually. Responsibilities include designing and customising training materials, assessing client needs, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. The role also involves providing expert consultation, addressing client queries, and maintaining strong client relationships to promote a safe workplace environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in Training, Training & Development, and designing educational content
* Strong skills in Consulting and providing expert fire safety advice
* Fire services experience
* Teaching Qualification
* Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate clients effectively
* Outstanding Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards
* Certification in fire safety training or a related field is a plus
* Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting client needs
