Salary Range: £24,796 - £25,128 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £13,402 - £13,581 per annum)

Work Location: Marlfield Care Home, Alton

Hours per week: 20

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Receptionist can provide a friendly and professional service, helping create a positive experience for visitors from the start. What you’ll do:

* Welcome visitors to the home: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome and are directed to the appropriate person, or correct location within the home.
* Answer telephone enquiries: Use your customer-focused approach to answer all telephone calls efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner.
* Maintain our home’s positive reputation: Deliver high standards of customer care to our residents, their families, friends and other visitors to the home.

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday with hours to be discussed at interview.
