Job Description
This CNC Manufacturing Engineer will:
1. Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
2. Collaborate with machinists and production teams to optimize CNC operations.
3. Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality standards and customer specifications.
4. Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
6. Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer will have:
7. 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
8. Previous hands-on experience as a CNC machinist.
9. Strong knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
10. Proficiency in CNC programming and machining processes.
11. Ability to work with complex aerospace materials (, titanium, Inconel).
12. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
