Digital Manager (Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
The role is hybrid working. The office is based in Yorkshire

Job Summary
This role is part of the Marketing & NPD team. The role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the digital & ecommerce strategy and annual plan.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* the digital strategy; clarifying the role digital & ecommerce will play for our brands.
* communicate, and execute the annual digital plan, across website, paid media, ecrm and social channels.
* and implement the sales strategy for direct to consumer channels, ensuring the sales growth targets are delivered in line with the plan.
* manage all digital projects, including, website developments, ecommerce platform builds and social media campaigns.
* the consumer journey at each touchpoint to leverage brand affinity.
* and analyse the website and social media performance metrics, to capitalize on opportunities or course correct where needed.
* the digital agency relationship, ensuring they are an extension to the team.
* of the digital budget; monitoring and controlling expenditure.
* the internal digital expert, championing the key platforms with the main stakeholders.
