We are looking for an experienced Growth and Automation Specialist to improve how customers find and interact with us, and to increase conversions across all digital channels.
Whatyou will be doing:
* Buildand improve marketing automations across email, CRM and website
* CreateCRO experiments and optimise product pages, collection pages and funnels
* FixSEO issues (technical and on-page) and improve organic visibility
* Analysedata in GA4/Shopify to find revenue opportunities
* Workwith developers and designers to ship improvements
* UseAI tools to speed up content creation, workflows and reporting
* Builddashboards for tracking sales, leads, and marketing performance
* Supportcampaign setup (Google Ads/Meta) as needed
* Documentprocesses and create repeatable systems
What you bring to the role
* 4–7 years in digital marketing
* Strong in CRO, automation tools, and SEO
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and GTM
* Comfortable with AI tools for content and analysis
* Strong analytical skills
* Good communication and collaboration
Preferred Attributes
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience in integrating AI into daily processes
* Data Analysis experience
* Ability to manage agency relationships
* Ability to work independently
