Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join us. The Administration Officer Position is open across both our locations in Liverpool and Canterbury.

Role Overview:

As the first point of contact for daar clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting practitioners with their daily schedules and ensuring smooth office operations. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are skills highly valued in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our allied health team, ensuring efficient operation of the clinic.
* Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
* Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with a high level of professionalism and care.
* Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with compliance standards.
* Assist with billing and processing payments.
* Support the clinic's staff with day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, allied health setting preferred but not essential.
* NDIS Sector Experience
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software.
