Contract Type: Temporary, Full time (09:00 - 17:00)

Your Role:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will ensure that our facilities are in tip-top shape, enabling our teams to focus on what they do best. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with office setups for meetings and events.
Assisting with incoming deliveries.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure that facilities are safe and compliant.
Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Handling incoming requests from staff regarding facilities issues with a smile.
Helping to create a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office spaces.
Who You Are:
You have a knack for problem-solving and a positive attitude.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task like a pro.
You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
