* Planning and delivery of lessons, assessment and grading of students work
* Teaching to KS3 and KS4 pupils

This is a medium sized secondary school based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. It is currently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted across all assessment criteria, a grading that was upheld in it’s most recent inspection report. Person Specification
To be considered for this role candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:
* Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as a Maths teacher, proven by providing your Teacher Reference Number
* Experience of working as a teacher in a British curriculum school as a Maths teacher for a minimum of two terms since obtaining QTS.
* Full enhanced DBS certificate
* Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
* The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a Maths teacher.
* A minimum of 2 school based references
