Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Website Lead, located in Walsall. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and updates of the Shopify platform, optimizing the customer experience, and managing site performance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure the site aligns with brand objectives, implementing new features, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing website performance metrics to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including product uploads, theme customization, and app integrations
* Strong knowledge of website performance optimization, troubleshooting, and coding (HTML, CSS, Liquid)
* Experience in e-commerce strategies, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
* Skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor and improve site performance
* Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with teams in design, marketing, and operations
* Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capability to prioritize tasks
* Familiarity with SEO principles and their application to e-commerce websites is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
