The business is looking for a dynamic and experienced ecommerce leader with a strong commercial track record, strategic vision, and a passion for customer experience. You'll play a key role in delivering ecommerce growth, leading digital initiatives, and driving performance across UK & Ireland. This hybrid role is based within a commutable distance to Central London, with 2 core days per week in the office and occasional travel across the UK and Europe.

Develop and deliver the ecommerce strategy across UK & Ireland
Lead ecommerce performance and achieve key commercial KPIs (AOP, conversion, traffic, basket size)
Champion continuous optimisation across UX, functionality and digital experience
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, customer service) and external partners
Oversee digital operations including inventory, promotions and customer journey
Contribute to UK&I leadership team with a focus on innovation and people-first cultureThe candidate will have/be:
At least 5 years in senior ecommerce, ideally within health, wellness or FMCG
Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering ecommerce growth
Proficient in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools and digital marketing strategies
Passionate about health and wellbeing, and highly customer-centric
