What will you do and learn?
You will work alongside sector experts in an international setting, gaining in-depth knowledge of responsible production and sourcing of agricultural commodities. After initial onboarding, you will take on client project tasks under the guidance of our experienced team, contributing to our mission from day one.
Your role will include:
* Supporting the delivery of client projects within your area of responsibility (i.e., Responsible Sourcing, Collaboration, Landscape, Governance & Policy)
* Learning and applying project management tools and systems, including project planning and budgeting.
As your career progresses, you will have opportunities to grow and specialise in different commodities, issues and service delivery.
Qualifications
About you
This position is ideal for a recent Master’s graduate in sustainability, environment, ecology, human rights, or climate field in the context of agricultural production, or someone with relevant work experience in these fields. You must be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
Essential requirements:
* Knowledge in sustainability within agricultural commodity production
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and present effectively
* Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
* Collaborative approach and high integrity standards
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable (not essential to have to be considered):
* Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Indonesian, Malay)
* Project management experience
* GIS skills (vector analysis and map-making)
* Industry-related experience
* FLAG climate reporting knowledge
* Experience in international environments
* Master’s degree in a relevant subject

Key details
* Location: Oxford (UK) Please note there is no parking due to central location
* Salary: £29,000 or €32,000 per annum (inc. holiday pay)
* Contract: 18-month fixed term, with potential for extension and promotion to a permanent role
