About the Role
As a key member of the team, youll work closely with Account Executives to manage and support a range of commercial clients. Youll be the first point of contact for all client queries, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a high-quality, efficient service to clients across a variety of sectors.
Supporting Account Executives in the day-to-day management and renewal of client portfolios.
Preparing, processing, and reviewing all documentation related to policy placement, amendments, and renewals.
Building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Contributing to the companys strong reputation for professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service.
About You
Were looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence. Youll ideally have:
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within an insurance brokerage.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex information with confidence.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, negotiation, and client management.
