Salary: £35,000 Overtime & Call-Out (£10–15k)
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000

We’re looking for experienced Plumbers to join a busy and expanding team delivering repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties in Welwyn Garden City.

The Role
Working within occupied residential properties, you’ll carry out a variety of day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing homes
2. Completing additional multi-trade tasks (minor building, drainage, basic groundworks)
3. Using a handheld device (PDA) to receive and complete jobs
4. Working efficiently in a fast-paced, reactive environment
5. Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with tenants
6. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable and skilled plumbers who take pride in their work.
You will:
7. Have experience in plumbing maintenance or repairs (social housing experience desirable)
8. Be confident working independently and managing your own workload
9. Be comfortable working in all weather conditions
10. Have strong health & safety awareness
11. Be confident using hand tools (own tools required)
12. Have a customer-focused approach, especially in occupied properties
Essential Requirements
13. City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent / working towards)
14. CSCS Card (Blue preferred) or working towards
15. Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 12 months)
16. Own tools
