You will be responsible for covering lessons across the curriculum, ensuring that students remain engaged and that the schools high standards of learning are upheld.
* Classroom Delivery: Lead lessons using provided plans, ensuring all students make progress.
* Adaptability: Transition smoothly between different subject areas and year groups (KS3:KS4).
* Positive Impact: Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status.
* A professional approach with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different school cultures.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
* Local knowledge of Chelmsford and the surrounding areas is a plus.
