They attract in the region of 350,000 visitors every year and very popular with the urban population of Birmingham and the Black Country. The Clent Hills are part of the West Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Black Country portfolio which also includes Birmingham Back to Backs, Moseley Old Hall and Wightwick Manor & Gardens. Your primary base will be the Clent Hills, the Hills themselves and our office located a short distance away, but your role will take you across the portfolio. You'll work closely with the portfolio teams, particularly the Ranger and Visitor Experience teams, to create a dynamic and engaging outdoor programme for people of all ages. You'll be open to ideas and be curious about how we can engage with visitors, stakeholders and partners in order to achieve our ambitious plans as set out in our strategy. Day to day you'll be part of the operations team, you'll be focused on achieving the highest standards of presentation and service, helping everything to run smoothly during projects, events, active conservation work, busy school holidays and throughout the year. You’ll work alongside colleagues in the Welcome team to make sure everyone who visits has everything they need to enjoy their day.You'll carry out duty management as needed.
