Primarily dealing with treatment room duties and chronic disease management (respiratory, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease) both via telephone and face to face.
To facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary education within the practice.
Practice Nurse required. Experience of treatment room duties and respiratory chronic disease management is desirable.
Ideal working pattern is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Salary dependent on experience.
