We are working exclusively with a leading global agency to find a supersonic Venue Sourcing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role:
* You'll take full ownership of the venue sourcing lifecycle
* You’ll develop and submit RFPs via Cvent
* Manage contract negotiation and SLA management
* Use your knowledge of venues, hotels, and destinations worldwide to deliver exceptional options
* You'll cultivate strong relationships with venues and suppliers and provide expert guidance to both clients and colleagues alike
Who are you?
* Someone with extensive experience in venue sourcing, ideally within an agency environment working with B2B / corporate clients
* You'll be a confident negotiator, a skilled relationship builder and someone who stays calm and focused when demands are high and deadlines are tight
* Strong Cvent knowledge is essential along with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
