Stafforce is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Middlesbrough office. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to key clients.
Job Purpose
To drive business growth through successful fulfilment of client requirements, achievement of KPIs, and effective cost management. You will oversee on-site operations, proactively addressing client needs while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve financial targets and support accurate forecasting.
Implement initiatives to maximise performance and outcomes.
Manage aged debt and payroll processes, ensuring costs are controlled and minimised.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships through proactive communication.
Maintain structured service review plans to exceed client expectations.
Support the CRM in delivering an effective recruitment, validation, and induction process.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
Promote a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey.
Build and maintain a pool of high-quality candidates aligned with client needs.
Collaborate with clients to promote cross-selling opportunities across the wider business.
Ensure full compliance with quality procedures, contractual agreements, SLAs, and recruitment legislation.
Conduct regular audits to minimise risk and protect the business.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in recruitment or account management.
Proven operational delivery and client management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in IT systems and recruitment software.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
This role primarily covers the Middlesbrough area, with occasional travel to the Tyne area.
A full UK driving licence is required.
The successful candidate will be based full-time in Middlesbrough.
