Real Estate Disputes Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities Enter new contact information onto the CRM system InterAction Assist with BD pitches Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering Liaise with Learning & Development Department Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses Real Estate Disputes Legal PA Skills & Requirements: Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role Fast, accurate typing skills Highly skilled on all MS Office applications Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
