As a Lead Mechanical Operator, you will: Lead first-line maintenance for multiple production machines, making operational decisions to meet targets. Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns across various machinery. Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes. Utilize diagnostic tools to uncover root causes of mechanical issues. Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targets. Assist operators with daily production tasks to ensure targets are met. What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have: A minimum of
1 year of experience
managing and coordinating operators. Strong skills in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting. Experience in disassembling and reassembling machinery to ensure optimal operation. A keen eye for detail to identify faults and ensure precision.
