We are looking for a Farm Advisor that can develop our consultancy team within our business. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate individual to join our team and provide expert support to farmers across the region.

About the Role
As a Farm Advisor, you will work internally within the business and with external farms to offer practical, science-based advice on a range of topics including:
* Predominantly crop management
* Soil health, NVZ and nutrient management
* Sustainable farming techniques
* Business planning and farm diversification
* Compliance with agricultural policies and regulations
* Managing applications for waste registrations and permits
* New technologies and agri-environment schemes
* Researching and supporting environmental scheme applications (e.g. SFI, CS, capital grants)
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
* FACTS / BASIS qualified (or desire to be qualified)
* Experience in Farm Business Consultancy with practical farming knowledge
* Strong understanding of modern farming systems and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trusted relationships with farmers and stakeholders
* Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and planning skills
* Full UK driving licence (or equivalent, depending on location)
Experience in advisory work, agri-environment schemes, or farm business consultancy is highly desirable.
