Our client, a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation, established for over 30 years in Tamworth, is seeking Customer Service Administrators along with Operational Support staff to join their well-established team. Salary/Hours:
Salary is up to £27,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is an office-based position.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the business, providing first-class customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, stock management, and order processing (including replacements and marketing/sample requests).
Managing deliveries and collections: scheduling with customers, liaising with carriers, investigating issues, monitoring performance, and preparing customs/NI documentation.
Handling customer and admin enquiries, managing daily delivery reports, resolving claims, and maintaining accurate records and archives.
Producing and analysing reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and provide updates to management.
Providing general administrative support, including reception, switchboard overflow, and other ad-hoc tasks.
What we are looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:
Previous experience working within a customer service or administrative position
A personable, professional, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (essential)
Sage experience is desirable but not essential
