Your Team

You will work closely with Senior Events Managers and a wide range of internal stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality conferences, exhibitions and corporate events. As part of a collaborative events function, you will help coordinate logistics, manage communications and ensure all activity aligns with business objectives, brand standards and the wider events strategy. You will also engage with external partners, suppliers and exhibitors to support smooth and professional event execution.

Your Career

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience across all aspects of event planning and delivery, from operational logistics to digital platforms and stakeholder coordination. You will develop strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills while gaining exposure to event strategy, governance and performance tracking. With support from experienced managers, you will grow your expertise in delivering impactful events and driving return on investment.

Your Impact

As an Exhibitions & Conference Events Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring events are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a high standard. You will support planning documentation, manage delegate registration and communications, coordinate event materials and oversee logistics such as shipments, suppliers and on-site delivery. Your contribution will help create a seamless attendee experience, strengthen brand presence and support the overall success and effectiveness of the organisation’s events programme.
