With a number of large-scale projects currently underway locally, this role will see you based at in ideal locations around North Down and avail of apetitivepany package.
Your new role
Based in the Belfast and North Down areas, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for supervising the development of large-scale housing sites through topletion, ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for setting out drainage, kerb lines and foundations.
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants must be degree qualified or have suitable experience as an Engineer on residential ormercial builds, however, experience with differing sectors will be considered. Further to this, our client is seeking to employ a qualified Site Engineer who is fully aware of recent health and safety legislation, capable in setting out and holds attention to detail to the highest regard and is capable ofpleting work on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
