We are an established, growing franchise with strong school partnerships and a reputation for high-quality, community-focused provision. We are recruiting a Part-Time Area Manager to support day-to-day operations and help drive the next stage of business growth. This role comes with a clear pathway to full-time hours and the opportunity to acquire shares in the business. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role within an already successful franchise — making it your own without the financial risk of starting from scratch. The Role You will oversee the operational and administrative side of the franchise, support our coaching team, maintain strong relationships with schools, and help expand our programmes and reach. This role is ideal for someone from an education, business, operations or leadership background. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and develop strong relationships with schools, ensuring high contract retention • Support and grow existing school contracts, clubs, and programmes • Lead, support and oversee the coaching team, including rotas and performance • Manage holiday club operations and grow attendance numbers • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and venues for expansion • Support marketing activity, both digital and community-based • Attend meetings, training sessions, and franchise events • Ensure high standards of safeguarding, quality, and delivery What Makes This Role Different This role is more than part-time management — it’s a genuine pathway into shared ownership.
