About the Role: * Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (or KS3/KS4 if secondary). * Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, supporting both whole class and small group learning. * Offer tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEND. * Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. * Work flexibly across year groups and departments depending on cover needs. About You: * Experience working with children in a school or educational setting. * A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with staff and pupils. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. * Availability at short notice is highly desirable
