As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their everyday needs during the overnight shift. Person Specification – Qualifications
* The Night Care Assistant role requires previous experience in a similar care setting, as well as a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the residents.
* Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care, would be advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and willingness to undergo necessary training and development.
