You will be responsible for being a Solutions Engineer, you'll be working closely with a team of engineers and management to help resolve issues as quickly as possible to keep the businesses systems flowing. You will also be a key face for the company attending client site visits when required. Essential Skills: Experienced to a 2nd/3rd Line support level. Experienced with Microsoft Cloud/On-prem technologies. - Azure, Office 365 and Windows Server Support. A good understanding of Cyber Essentials certifications. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability for stakeholder management. Networking experience - Routers, Switches and VLANs.
