Due to rapid and continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team on a full-time & permanent basis. This role is field-based, with the requirement to be in the Leeds office at least once a week.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new business through various means, primarily door knocking
* Target a specific area to increase new business volume
* Manage accounts of clients you have sold to (up to 1 year)
* Conduct waste audits on prospective clients' sites
* Offer clients improved recycling rates across all waste streams
* Manage your own diary to ensure maximum productivity

About You
Candidate Expectations:
* Experience in a field-based sales role is essential
* Proven success in a sales role, especially focused on new business
* Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* Target-driven and proactive in exceeding targets
