Base Pay Range
£12.45 – £12.80 per hour, depending on qualification level.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene and outfit selection.
* Support residents during meals to maintain good nutrition and hydration.
* Encourage safe mobility around the home with mobility aids and equipment.
* Provide friendship, companionship, and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
* Maintain accurate and timely written records and documentation.
* Collaborate with the multi‑disciplinary team to promote residents’ health and well‑being.
* Welcome family members and respond to enquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
We welcome candidates with a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Understanding of dementia is beneficial. Patience, understanding and respect for residents’ individual abilities are essential.
