Provide support to end users, including those in remote offices and working from home. Manage account creation and deletion for joiners and leavers. Install software on servers, desktops, and laptops. Order hardware and software as needed. Maintain the asset database and liaise with suppliers for warranty repairs. Perform other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
