Responsibilities: We develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on provided designs. We customize and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, automation, and workflows. We develop complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes. We write, test, and deploy Apex code, including classes, triggers, and components, to extend Salesforce functionality. We participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. We implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, and commits. We use DevOps tools for deployment and release management. We work within an Agile environment, using Jira to manage user stories and collaboration. We ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions. We adhere to project timelines and deliverable deadlines. We collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, Project Managers, QA Consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
