Job Opportunity: Finance Administrator
Location: Poole
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months) - potential for permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Full Time (7:30am-4pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 8:30am to 5pm)

About the Role:
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Plant Manager and Finance Manager. You will be the go-to person for all financial and administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Financial Operations:
Assisting with Payroll:
Scheduling and Coordination:
Administrative Support:
A background in finance or construction
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible working schedule with start times between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
Training Opportunities: We offer training to help you grow in your role.
Supportive Environment: Work closely with the Plant and Finance Managers, who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey.
