Job: Warehouse Operative Location: Portland, Dorset (Osprey Quay) G3 Systems is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support our growing operations in Portland. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the successful delivery of projects across the business. What youll be doing Receiving and checking goods in line with company procedures Picking and packing materials for project use Weighing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift Maintaining accurate digital and physical stock records Scanning and filing goods received documentation Supporting general warehouse organisation and weekly housekeeping activities Why this role is different This isnt just a warehouse role, its a critical part of delivering complex infrastructure projects. What were looking for Good standard of general education Valid FLT (B1) licence (essential) Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a structured environment Experience in goods-in processes, including inspection and booking Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Who you are Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Methodical and accurate in your approach Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment Not sure if you meet every requirement?
